I just saw the office makeover of one of my fave bloggers. It’s got me thinking about all the things I’d like to do in my own office. I really like the feel of this one. The bright colors make this office a happy place!
This weekend is the un-official kick off of Summer. It will be here before we know it. We’ve had glimpses of Summer here in L.A. When I think of Summer, I think of the clothes, beaches and mani/pedi’s! I saw this manicure and it’s so simple. That’s the beauty of it!

I have thought about giving my office a makeover, it is always under a ton of books, so not sure this style would work for it. Maybe one day.

I love that green chair. we invited family over for Memorial Day, still don’t know who’s coming. #shrugs. This summer is filled with swim team stuff for my oldest.

What I’m looking forward to most about this summer is spending time with my kids. Uninterrupted time. We had such a hard time with school this year. Having to switch due to bullying and horrible administration so it will be nice to just hang out and spend good time with them!
Simple manis are the best manis (though my daughter would disagree because she’s artsy like that). 🙂 I love the one you’ve featured here.
I love the glitter french manicure! I am sure I would mess it up in ten minutes or less- but still cute!

That photo is truly a great office design. I strongly believe that your work environment should be organized, cleaned, and free of distraction so that you can easily focus on your work and increase your productivity in the long process. I believe re-arranging and organizing your office are good investments of your time and energy.

No big plans for Memorial day-just getting together with the family, relaxing, and grilling out 🙂 The Summer however is a different story! I’m looking forward to spending a lot of time getting together and doing all sorts of different things with friends!

All of the soccer practices (3), baseball practice(1) and soccer games (2) were cancelled so we are laying low and loving it.
What I enjoy most about the summers is being able to see my grandchildren more and traveling. Since the weather is warmer during the summer. Especially since I live in a northern state. My girlfriend and I are planning a girls getaway to Florida this fall.
I don’t have any big plans for this holiday weekend. This evening my girlfriend is going to barbecue chicken and ribs on the grill and tomorrow we are spending time with a couple of dear friends.
Have a fun and safe holiday weekend everyone.
We are looking forward to the pool and grilling out. My husband and son are going mountain biking, and I think we are going to hit the movies. You have to kick summer of right!
