Happy! Happy! Joy! Joy! That’s how I am feeling right now. I’m six months along with baby number two and looking forward to meeting my little girl. All of my excitement is mixed with worry though. I’m worried about how my first born, my son, is going to react to all of the newness in the house. So far he’s been good – kinda. He knows there’s a baby in mommy’s tummy. He knows that baby is his little sister. Somedays he’s good with that and will say that “my sister is in mommy’s tummy”. Other days he says he’s not so quick to claim her. She’s just “mommy’s baby”. We’ve been careful to not shove her down his throat.
