First of all, thanks to all of you for your well wishes! Baby sister has certainly been an adjustment – but, a welcome one. I am kind of (maybe) adjusting to being sleep deprived, dog-tired, exhausted. Totally comes with the territory. That being said, I am looking forward to her sleeping through the night. That will be another welcome change. š
In other news, we’ll see how baby mixes with blogging. I was getting so much work done on bed rest. I was writing posts, tweaking the blog, doing research. Heck, I built a second website too. I’ll fill you in on that later. I’ll get back to that stuff soon enough, I’m sure.
Right now, there’s a part of me that can’t wait for little sister to get bigger and play with her brother. He asks her to play with him everyday! š The other part of me is enjoying holding her, staring at her and taking it all in. She’ll grow up fast enough.

That’s right, baby girl will grow up fast enough. I found myself wishing that this last baby would hurry and grow so she could interact with her siblings. Now she is interacting and I want her back to a newborn.

That is wonderful. I had a son first, then came the daughter. She is 2 years younger and I did the same thing. But now they are best buds and she really looks up to him. But just like they LOOOOVEEE each other… they fight too! Sometimes its kind of Funny. He’s 7 now and she is 4.
